FREMONT COMMUNITY THERAPY PROJECT

Low cost psychotherapy and psychological assessment

The Fremont Community Therapy Project was founded in 2006 by Laura S. Brown, Ph.D. to provide feminist, culturally competent, queer-friendly, trauma-informed services to low income individuals, and to provide training in this approach to graduate students in clinical psychology and social work. Both of these programs are now closed.

We were honored to provide services to low-income residents of Seattle from 2006 to 2015, and to have trained more than 60 excellent psychotherapists who now practice in Seattle and elsewhere.
